Our story
A story of passion and quiet, well-mastered simplicity.
Loma is, above all, the story of four partners bound by a shared passion: fine food, true flavour and a love of things done well. After years in the demanding world of yachting, we created a place in our own image, honest, elegant and unpretentious, where every ingredient, every gesture and every plate tells something real.
The name comes from a wild, untamed stretch of sacred land on the coast of Chile, one that reminded us of the spirit of the French Riviera: between sea and mountains, between the natural and the refined.
